Gabe's clucky friends

Gabe loves to catch the chickens and give them big hugs. He isn't scared of them one bit. He gets a little nervous when they flap their wings, but it doesn't keep him from picking them up. I hope they survive.

Dozer the Boer Goat

This is Kaden's goat Dozer at the initial weigh-in for 4H. He is having a good time raising a couple of goats and if this one makes weight, he'll sell it at the county fair auction. Notice in the picture that Kaden can't look while they tag Dozer's ear. He hates to see his "pets" get hurt.

Great-Grandma Donahoo

Grandma Donahoo is a great lady with a sense of humor that makes me laugh whenever I think about her. She let me take these pictures of her at mom and dad's house while Grandpa was away in California.

Garden Time

Gardens are planted in Soda Springs during the first week of June to avoid the heavy frosts. We borrowed Ben's tiller and Zach helped me out. He thought Ben's tiller was cool....I did too.

Thirkill Elementary School Fun Run

Sadie's school had a fund raiser to improve their library called a fun-run. That is an oxymoron in my opinion, but not to Sadie. She loves to run. One picture shows her passing all the boys. In the other one, all the kids ahve a pained look on their faces except for Sadie, she is smiling. I love it.

Dance Recital

Sadie is done with dance until fall. We went to her recital and she did a great job. She did some clogging this time too which was my favorite part. The lady in the picture is her dance teacher Sue.

Back Surgery

It has been a few months since this happened and I'm doing better now. I think it was the right decision to have it done. Time will tell.

Wrestling Season (photos)

Kaden had a great season this year and went undefeated in the Soda Springs league. He did end up losing twice during the big meets with pocatello, firth, blackfoot, malad, grace, and montpelier. He has learned a lot and i am impressed with his desire to improve and wrestle the best kids.
